Return Policy
30 Day Return/Exchange Policy with receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition, unused, with tags attached. Items 30% Off or more are Final Sale. Register your name and address in our customer database to insure your purchase.
Repair Policy
PANDORA or Brighton repairs with proof of purchase, sales slip, or in the WHB database within one year of purchase. All free repairs evaluated prior to repair. Minimal charge for new batteries, components, or excessive repair. Customer must agree to repair policy before we send in the item.
